I think if you have the funds for it, go for the Ultima
If am not mistaken, the Sex Mastery XQ Core can be used for both Ultima or Q custom. You could even slip in some Diamond in it

Get yourself some raw oysters and you won’t need any of those modules.

Well, I would say they are technically no longer alive once you open them and remove them from the shell. But it is hard to tell any way, because they are not feeling pain and are not moving in any way.
