Hopefully, I caught it before it has went into production. I understand the desire to want a fast delivery, but because the investment we are making is can become a substantial one. Maybe put at least a 24 hour grace period on it. I get it we should think about our decisions because it is such a specific program that we are creating for ourselves, but at the same time. I believe like buying a car. You get 3 to 7 days to see how it feels then it is yours. Maybe make it an option for people to pay more for a quicker turn around, but I made my purchase late Friday night or Saturday early morning (And the weekend doesn’t even count to you guys as a business day). Then submitted my support tickets on the 15th that Saturday. (Again not a business day) So I would think that my order enters the system, so would my support tickets to make sure I am good. It seems there are no processes in place to guarantee that my experience is good for the money I am paying for my custom and that my invest is just gone, if I don’t make the right one from the jump start which just discourages me from returning in the near future, if this is the case. I get it we should be careful in the creative process, but you have to consider the investment. If I received an initial email after submitting my order reminding me of a few possible errors I could have made, then I could go back in or respond with a correction. I am just saying, if its someone who isn’t a regular and may need that extra hand holding in the process. I hope you hear what I am saying, because again I love the items I have purchased from this company, but again we are talking about almost $400 of an investment of hard earned money and your saying “oops” it is on me. I would understand, if I made my order last Wednesday or just submitted my ticket 3 days after the submission, so the confusion in the response I received is a little frustrating.
