Hi I understand how something like affirmations with binaural in present tense would work because it’s replacing your thoughts to better new way of thinking.
However when I can just hear for example water running and trickling in let’s say Rebirth pack how is that doing anything. Is there like a coded language in the sound that the machine language of the brain understands?
