How loudly do you listen to masked? I only have it slightly loud enough to be heard by the conscious mind.
Not necessarily healing, just changing your inner model.

I listen to masked and music at the same time from my phone so volume level affects both. Set volume varies based on how loud the environment is, it’s loud enough to hear the music clearly. So low volume in office, higher on train.

I see. I’m always on the laptop so it’s basically low on masked & high on all other sounds.
