just simply increasing your testosterone levels isn’t as straightforward as you think, if it was, then bodybuilders wouldn’t need to triple check their stack and supplements before starting a steroid cycle.

furthermore, increasing your testosterone levels also means that it will have an impact on your behavior, and depending on how much of it converts to DHT or Estrogen, you might even end up balding or get gyno, and the horror stories of frequencies/subs messing with people’s hormones are everywhere on YouTube and Reddit.

I think what’s going on with the horror stories is that the Testosterone subliminals on YouTube are being made by inexperienced people that don’t know what their doing. You really need to have good experience with a title like this. I do think with the quality that Subliminal Club offers and the experience they have, they might just be the ones to do this correctly without messing up other hormones and such. But yes I agree with his statement.
