Stick with Khan if you want unlimited sex, money, women, and basically everything… including the kitchen sink.

What is your listening schedule right now?
My current stack is Khan Black st4, Khan st4 and Phoenix, currently running each about 3 min every other day
really tempted to drop phoenix and add wanted but i’m not sure if i still need the healing

That’s what happened to me with my ex. I’m going on 3 years since the breakup.
I’ve had lots of feelings come up from it at times. Then I’d have moments of feeling like I was over it. That still happens where I feel like I’m finally over it. Then sometimes things will still come up for me. After all this time. So I’m still of the idea that Heartsong would have been the best title for me in terms of getting the healing.
So I guess for me it’s probably tied to some “core wounds” and so it’s been a tough time getting over mine, I thought she was “the one.” lol. I can laugh at it now because I’ve certainly gained perspective but maybe not 100% free of it yet.

Two titles per day is the current recommendation.
Plus you are listening to two stage 4 programs, as well as two healing oriented titles.
Your ambition is admirable. Yet I’d be concerned about your reconciliation, even if you’ve been running these for months, or only listening to 3 minutes per titles, etc.
So what about selecting two to listening to on Monday and Wednesday, and the third to listen to on Friday, or something similar?
