I think Ascension would pair really well with LB. I say this out of respect, I think Emperor might be too much delayed gratification for you and grand in scale. It doesn’t seem like what you need right now. Ascension is laser like focus on confidence and internal power. Seems right up your alley.
Also it touches on some other basic life skills and necessities. Only reason I’d go against GLM like @Malkuth suggested is it’s packed full of status scripting and might clash with existing beliefs. Also an artisanal line which are tougher to run in general. Not saying you can’t, but sometimes it’s better to go lean in my opinion.

I’d say Ascension as well.
One objective. One sub.
And it’s a fast acting one without to much healing or going in to deep.
Two more options I would like to mention are

Because I feel like, since we both miss so much selflove, and I know I miss these Primal aspects from me, because I never allowed myself to develop them, perhaps this resonates with you. -
GLM OG
GLM TC mentions that you should have run a serious alpha title for some time, so it’s probably out of the picture anyways.

The reason I was thinking of Emperor is because it’s been updated with NSE and Ascension hasn’t
Don’t let the lack of new tech trick you into thinking the other subs are ineffective.
Not to mention - Saint has said that having the NSE in a newer sub will “upgrade” or filter any older subs in the stack through the NSE lens. So basically having LB in your stack will give the NSE effect to Ascension

Is NSE in both Primal and StarkOG ?
WB did that best for me. Honestly. More than primal.
Gives me that “I’m that dude, you know you want me” feeling 24/7… It gets my recommendation 
Plus the physical shifting is a nice cherry on top.

I would say read Ascension and read the Emperor sales copy. See which one speaks to you more. Not which one is more jam packed or advanced. Which one you read over and think to yourself, I can do all that or take steps towards it.

Also keep in mind, that subs were great before NSE, and subs without NSE are still great.
Ascension without NSE might not deliver as fast as Ascension with NSE would, but considering its much tighter focus, I would imagine it would still deliver much faster than super broad kitchensink Emperor.

Downvote Ascension, Emperor hands down. Self belief is not your only priority, you’ve also mentioned wanting to set boundaries with other people, obviously having financial goals still, and multiple other things. Tons of wealth scripting still, much more then Ascension, and gives you a constant kick in the ass of still needing to work on your goals. Plus when you ran Emperor in the past it was the most confident and on task version any of us have seen from you.
Index Gate, and Emperor. 2 Title stacks seem to really work much more efficiently

Yes, two full loops every other day.
It also worked really well with PN. 1 full loop of each every other day
