@Evolver however getting lost in the ” Buffs ” and ” Power ups ” could be counter intuitive if we view ourself as less without them. As in our ” Base form ” isn’t enough so we prepetually over compensate with buffs and powerups

even Khan alone makes me kinkier and more dominant in bed. Add primal nights to that and WOOWEE you’d have fun. Primal would massively increase your sex quality. Ascension, less so, but it wouldn’t hurt, so it can absolute fit in to a holistic stack that is meant to improve your overall sex life - Ascension would make the post-sex non-neediness better and therefore make your sexlife better.
TBH i think a “best sex ever stack” is COMPLETELY overkill.
Just run primal nights and don’t stack it with anything else and you’ll have an outrageously good time. Why run 3 titles for a goal that’s accomplish by one? Instead of stacking divd/pn/rotnw (which will only slow down and muddy your results) just run another title with PN that gets you related but different benefits.
