Hello everyone! Going to listen to the same time tonight. Not sure if that was apparent or not. For the sake of ease and conformity I’ll be listening the same time this week everyday until Friday (7pm EST (GMT -5)).

Minor update:
Last night I definitely felt some energy around my tongue, kind of like a tingling sensation. This is not wholly unlike what it usually feels like but was somewhat amplified.

Today while I was in the car on my way to the dentist it felt like I could feel a small amount of sensation as I enunciated words while singing along to music.

Nothing major to report today. Same sort of tingling sensation in the area, not sure if this is normal or not. It doesn’t feel abnormal though I wouldn’t know since I don’t really have a baseline of what normal should feel like.

Will be listening again tonight, same time :slight_smile:
