@noaha you triggered me with that article, I was in the same boat. After finishing QL things got better, I used to cringe at past events and questioned why I did those things because it upsets me emotionally and probably others too. I also went through a lot of gaslighting growing up and what I said never mattered. I’m starting Khan in two weeks to tackle the social anxiety aspect. You will overcome this
Thank you for checking up on me.
I have not found much relief from subliminals; however, my new medication is quite working wonders, and both my OCD and anxiety is reduced by at least 50%. I feel stronger than ever.
I will continue using subliminals for the sake of further improving the condition.
which titles have you tried so far for this anxiety disorder?
I think that OCD can be cause of a chemical imbalance in the brain. It is also known as the “doubt disorder.”
I’m doing Survival Instinct and Chosen From Within, definitely considered Spartan for the physical shifting since I’m not on Wanted anymore.
But what do you think about Survival Instinct, Chosen From Within and adding Spartan on top of that? I really plan on sticking with Survival Instinct for a combination of dealing with some anxiety and repelling toxic people and situations.
I have a custom with Survival Instinct and Sanguine as main cores. Anxiety is a thing of the past, I even don’t know this word anymore
Something I almost did at one time. But Yea, I think Survival Instinct and Chosen From Within is a great combo so far. 3 listens in and I don’t have insane results but I have enough to where I’m put as ease knowing that with patience, this is really going to help me out as long as I stick with it for awhile.
Chosen from Within
Sanguine the Elixir
I would pair them but
I asked support if they pair well
Still waiting for an answer
Survival Instinct
CFW
Spartan
Sounds like you have a winning combo
I think this is the combo I’ve really needed all along. Now I just need to decide if I start next cycle or do another cycle of just Survival Instinct and Chosen from within for good measure.
I think that might be best. 2 cycles on the 2 title stack then add in that 3rd. Then continue on with CFW and if I feel like it’s time for Chosen. My custom is going to be Chosen and Survival Instinct so I could potentially be running that and Spartan and possibly CFW if needed come summer.
Man, I’m really excited for life from here on out. I haven’t even done this full stack yet but I think it’s just what the doctor (me) ordered! After playing with the sexy titles for awhile and not quite getting what I wanted, it’s helped me narrow down what’s really important now. Like for the time being what is my true focus? I think that’s been huge and will go a long way for anybody looking for great results.
Sure the dating titles would be nice, and the money, but most urgently and what is my life like already that a title would benefit me the most?
I highly recommend the book Nutrient Power by Dr. William Walsh, it’s a fantastic exploration of why certain people respond vs not respond (or respond with very bad results) with SSRIs specifically but neurochem-altering substances in general.
I’ve been studying brain hacking since I attempted to build my own tDCS device at age 12, and I’ve come to the solid conclusion that there are 3 critical pillars to the functioning of a physically normal* brain.
*If there is damage, from a head injury etc or if there is a serious issue such as a brain tumor, this absolutely plays into it as well, but we’re assuming a physically normal brain otherwise…
1. Neurochemistry
Balanced neurochemistry is very important to a well-functioning brain… but it is vastly more complex than the simplistic “let’s top up some of this neurotransmitter and everything is good!” mindset that many people have about psych meds. The underlying reasons for why the neurochemistry is out of whack are vitally important to understand, as there could be multiple causes for the same symptoms and the treatment for one cause is utter poison for another.
Many of the neurotransmitters are produced in the gut, so for many people a mental health issue is actually a gut issue… and other times it’s an imbalance of some of the precursor chemicals/nutrients or elements… a copper or zinc imbalance, in particular.
2. Neuroactivity
This is the aspect of brain functioning that neurofeedback addresses, as well as many nootropics - balancing brain function and helping to re-activate areas that are underactive and/or calm areas that are overactive. It’s often said that “neurons that fire together wire together”, and ones that fire to create anxious thoughts too often will become stronger and it makes it far easier to jump to anxious thoughts. I know very well about this; my anxiety connections are all triple redundant OC-48 fiber lines whereas my 'it’s all good" connections are an intermittent wifi signal lol.
3. Mindset and beliefs
What we think and believe is crucial too; best summed up by the quote “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.", attributed to Charles Swindoll. Much easier said than done, It’s hard to have a positive mindset if the other 2 pillars are screaming panic and alarm bells because of a combination of neurochemistry and neuroactivity that lights up the amygdala at the slightest issue.
Will all 3 pillars be equally important for any specific individual? Nope… someone may have debilitating anxiety or depression that is fully alleviated by their medication, so in that case it was likely mostly chemical… other people may not experience substantial relief even after the right medication is being used, so they likely have other contributing factors.
I’m not a doctor, so I can only say what I’ve learned and what approach I would take for myself… but here it is. I would go for neurochemistry first, including fixing any gut issues and balancing minerals and precursor chemistry, then neuroactivity with neurofeedback brain training. I see no reason why this couldn’t be done concurrently with the mindset aspect.
Mindset would be sublimninals for me, of course, but clinical counseling, CBT, EMDR, etc can also be powerful tools to go in a fix unwanted thought patterns too if the necessity dictates.
Hypnosis and NLP would also be useful tools in this regard. though I wouldn’t be the one suggesting mixing those with subliminals, just that if the need is great enough, one should consider using all of the tools that are available.
I hope this is helpful!
The serotonin hypothesis is actually being reconsidered by some as antidepressants have been shown to be very, very strong anti-inflammatory agents in the brain. And I believe MAOIs work by affecting the enzyme of monoamines in the gut (allowing more norepinephrine, serotonin, etc. to reach the brain). SNRIs and SNDRIs are designed to mimic MAOIs without the side effects (eg., eating cheese on an MAOI can lead to fatal blood pressure, iirc).
I found multivitamins to significantly worsen the conditions.
It’s definitely a complex interaction for sure!
I have extremely bad reactions to 5HTP (the ground under my feet disappears and turns into a bottomless well of despair… it’s shocking how BAD I feel with it, tested on multiple occasions, in different concentrations, different manufacturers, and different combinations with other things… 5HTP is the common factor)
But… Tesofensine, a potent SNDRI, works wonders on me… uplifted mood, smashes any anxiety. I love it.
Re: multivitamins, I suspect it would be largely related to certain trace minerals in the multivitamin. Dr. Walsh’s book is my go-to on that topic, though there are many other books on orthomolecular therapy that cover the same topic from different perspectives.
I’m also on an SNRI, venlafaxine. It has been shown to also increase dopamine though. I recently learnt it is very atomically similar to the opioid tramadol. It has been working very well for me, too.
5-HTP did nothing to me. I took 400 mg generally, but also 800 mg and even 1,200 mg. Might as well have been a sugar pill as far as I’m concerned, lol. Same with every other supplement/meds I tried (most of which were very strong, according to literature: inositol, low-dose lithium, phenibut, valerian root extract, ashwagandha root extract, bacopa extract, Semax, fasoracetam, extreme-dose fish oil with high DHA:EPA ratio, natural strong statin [red yeast rice] and a lot more, none of which I take anymore).
And thank you for your note on the potential reason about multivitamins.
Several, but I am going to keep going with it, and perhaps take a long washout to let it do its thing.
Great post btw!
which titles gave you the best results with this anxiety disorder?
Sounds like you possibly have some methylation issues. This may explain why multivitamins often worsen your systems or you don’t feel the effects of many supplements. Definitely, it appears there is chemical imbalance at play.
Perhaps talking the methyl versions will help you.
Look into MTHFR gene mutation. It has links to anxiety, ocd and seizures.
It also makes sense as to why 5htp was like taking sugar, because it requires B6 to convert into serotonin. If you have poor methylation it simply won’t convert.
