Its just so tantilizin to want to listen to the full 15min loop every day thinking this will create faster results.

I used to feel this way, but it’s actually the opposite: you’ll get faster results with shorter loops because you process it faster.

Imagine going to the gym for the first time.
Yes you’ve paid to use the whole gym.
But starting to train with the 450 pound bare bell isn’t the most clever thing to do
Or when training for a marathon, you don’t start preparations with running a full marathon. You start slowly and build up over time so your body can adapt.

Same applies to subs.
Perhaps these analogiea can help make it more reasonable to you logical mind.
