After the new sanguine I had dramatically less recon, permanently, across all subs.
Recon used to be a huge problem for me and then sanguine fixed that

I’ll be honest, I’m thinking of dropping wanted and run WDB…but I don’t know if this is just recon or something else.
I mean dropping wanted would make my stack very synergistically perfect with
QTKS: PS/emperor + WDB + regeneration
I think the strong sexual mystery vibe might be kind of throwing off the women at my workplace(I work in a female dominated space) and all of them are married too…so there’s a lot of deliberate avoidance, it seems, like they avoid me…same thing happened when I attended a friend’s wedding when I ran wanted black(heavily sexual)
I think I’ll try the romance route
might try WDB first by itself though I’m wondering if I need to take another 5 days in addition if I’m just running WDB to see how it affects me
I couldn’t tell you to be honest. I used love bomb to overcome a self sacrificing, people pleasing nature. The goal was accepting that my value came from within me not from how people saw me. It worked.
For me, external results are distance second to personal development. I use every sub with personal development in mind, even Wanted. Wirth wanted I want to feel more comfortable in my skin, and feel more comfortable seeing ‘sense’ and ‘with’ people. The more comfortable I came within myself, the eaiser it is to attract people.
If anything, foundation building starts with personal development. Focus more on you than if women notice you.

I’ve only been using my custom with LB + Regeneration + wanted and its only when I added LB and ran it for 30 seconds, did I feel like more grounded and stable in love…its hard to explain
like today and yesterday I had something that normally would cause me extreme anxiety to the point where my body is anxious physically…roll of my shoulder. It came, stayed for a few seconds and left the same way it came and I wasn’t even ruminating about it.
When someone said that LB is very underrated, I believe them now…wow…just 30 secs and this…wow
I’ve only been using this for a day
edit: the inner work is way more worth it than the external results…whats the point of getting attention and sleeping with tons of women if your inner world is in chaos. Seriously, I’ve blown a couple of dates because I thought that A.) how can this attractive woman be into me or B.) she must want something from me or she’s just using me or c) if I meet her online, she must be fake or D)if its someone I know, I will miss all the signs that she’s coming on to me

just an update on this custom…
so yea… not what I expected…in a good way
there were some hiccups but man this has been one interesting sub. Can’t tell if its the essence from dream of me or love bomb…but people have been either super nice to me, friendly, giving me like free stuff, had someone at work, two actually, literally go out of there way to talk to me and everything just seemed to flow. I was like the center of attention…I guess you could say I was the life of the party.
all under 1 min of listening time just this custom on its own

I’m still reflecting on what results I may have had from running my DR: Regeneration & Love Bomb custom since Oct last year.
The problem is, I got carried away back then with ‘cool title fever’ and have been running an overloaded stack. So last week, I dropped my other two customs and now I’m just running the DR:Reg & LB one solo until my next washout, around the end of this month. Hoping that might boost the results
They’re reacting to the real you. It’ll take some tkme to get used to.

Thanks…I forgot to mention, I had two women at work, both married with kids, literally…and this made no sense at all till I thought about it…come like a few inches to my face, facing me with their body just to talk to me (like the picture of the essence dream of me picture).
They could’ve easily asked me the question standing far away, they didn’t have to be so close in my personal space

Regeneration, for me at least, has shown positive results when I added it to wanted…LB took that and shot it up in the sky
but hope you get amazing results
definitely threw me off a lot…its weird, I have to get used to it. Literally had a client offer to buy me something and I felt off…like I didn’t deserve it.
My only question is that I would like to carry this run to the next cycle but I’m currently on my break from my QTKS custom so I was wondering If I can be alternating from QTKS one run then this custom the next, back to back…because I noticed that I do way better when its just one sub at a time
would this still be effective if I do this for a year or would I need to run both customs at the same time for a year consistently to work
sorry don’t mean to make this into my personal journal but today I went up to 1 min and 30 seconds on this custom and just now literally…I did something that I was putting off for the longest time and I don’t know why. I made excuses that I didn’t have enough money but that was a lie because I waste the same amount of money every week on food that I don’t even need because I have home cooked food.
Basically I decided to get on better help and have someone address some of the issues I’ve been wrestling with that have come up in my conscious awareness…thanks to regeneration and some of love bomb.
First time I’m doing this, kind of nervous but guess I’m taking action in line with regeneration…and didn’t even realize it
