Addressing FOMO and sub hopping: A Call for Longterm Commitment

It’s understandable that people feel FOMO when looking at the vast variety of titles available. The mindset of “If I use one title in this area, I must be missing out on another archetype” is tempting but ultimately counterproductive. This kind of thinking often leads to sub-hopping—constantly jumping from one subliminal to another without following the instructions or running any single title long enough to see meaningful, permanent results.

State vs. Baseline: The Long-Term Perspective
Let’s revisit an important distinction: state versus baseline. Something i came up with which could be relevant here.

  • State refers to your current feelings, behaviors, and ways of operating while running a title. For example, if you start using Emperor, you might immediately feel an inner calm paired with a surge of power to act on your desires. You’ll notice resilience, focus, and heightened masculinity within the first week. Those are immediately apparent as soon as you start a new title, the effects becoming " normalized " after a while and could be renewed whenever you get a big win… that state will be missed a while after stopping the title
  • Baseline, however, represents your lasting level of growth and transformation after using the subliminal long-term. If you stop using Emperor after one week, you may experience quick, fleeting results that fade within a couple of weeks. But run it for a month, a full cycle, or even a year, and you’re not just temporarily accessing those qualities—you’re integrating them into your personality. Those are apparent for those who journal and read their old entry’s, or perhaps by meeting someone you have not seen in a long time who comments on how different you are.

The one who uses Emperor long-term, while taking consistent action, will deeply embody its traits. They’ll operate from an elevated baseline, drawing more power from the title over time compared to someone chasing quick results.

The Myth of “One Title for Every Category”
When people suggest needing a title for every category be it career, wealth, relationships, etc. They’re often unaware the long term power of running a single title deeply. For example someone who uses Emperor for a year doesn’t just experience temporary effects; they become a resilient, action oriented individual with lasting traits that carry over into other areas of life. Even if they lose out on the quick hit effects which by contrast is nothing compared to where they started.

Contrast this with someone who hops between multiple titles looking for “quick hits” or instant results. That person may experience some immediate state changes but won’t see significant, lasting improvements because they never commit to a title long enough to fully benefit from it. It’s even worse if the user sub hops a lot, over exposes because all their energy would be spent on dealing with recon and over exposure… which leads to frustration which in turn demand even more quick hit results in order to cope with the inner chaos.

Underestimating the Power of Subliminals
Another common mistake is underestimating the power of the subliminals already available. Consider someone choosing between Wanted Black (an attraction title focused on being an enigmatic figure) and Primal Seduction (a more direct & action oriented attraction title). They might think “I need both to get what I want because using just one isn’t working fast enough.”

This mindset overlooks the immense potential of mastering a single title. By using just one of these titles long term, taking consistent action and truly committing to the process the user can achieve extraordinary reality bending results. Most people don’t even realize the transformative power they’re leaving on the table by hopping around instead of focusing which is a real tragedy. If you doubt this then you need only to read my " ZPV1/V2 old Primal Seduction and Libertine, the old Primal Nights ". I used both for months and months, i went out regularly and sailed that ship for far too long neglecting much more important aspects of my life.

The Ego’s Role in Sub-Hopping
This desire to have everything at once often comes from the ego. The ego resists change and convinces people they need “more” to achieve their goals, keeping them stuck in a cycle of inaction and self doubt. Sub hopping, ignoring instructions, and chasing instant gratification all serve to reinforce the status quo.

What if it’s not the ego?
What if the it’s not about ego or self sabotage? What if the user is simply trying out the waters and experimenting? That are no issues with that what so ever. However if this persists then it’s a clear sign of a bigger concern. Lacking a long term vision for the future, who the user wants to be or where they would end up. Isn’t that life in a nutshell? Decision making fatigue is real. Each day we make hundreds of decisions that drain our energy from choosing between 10 different ketchup brands with different prices to making life long decisions. Then again would we truly feel safe and comfortable in a system with limited choice? Isn’t this best reflected in the forbidden apple, used here as an analogy and no more, as well as the so called Pandora’s box? The answer here is simple! To admit where one at. To admit that i don’t know who I am and where a want to go… and oh wait isn’t that what the Genesis titles are for? Hmmm

Conclusion: Depth Over Breadth
Rather than trying to use multiple titles to cover every archetype or category focus on going deep with one or two titles that truly align with your goals. Commit to the process, take consistent action, and give yourself time to integrate the changes into your baseline. Your real results lie long after you stopped using a sub and it’s not limited to the quick hit effects you get from it.

Mastery and transformation don’t come from having “everything at once.” subs or no subs. They come from dedication, patience, and the willingness to trust the process. When you do this, the results will exceed anything you could imagine and you’ll truly unlock the full potential of the subliminals you’re using. Just ask @Jouissance on how much his life has changed when he used the old EoG Stage 1 for what i believe to be around 9 months. He has true & permanent results

Final Thought
Many people mistakenly believe that all they can get from a single title is the temporary state boost, the fleeting effects they feel while using it without realizing that the true power lies in long term use which transforms their baseline and creates lasting & life altering changes.

Some quots that might hit home

Miyamoto Musashi: “Perception is strong and sight weak. In battle, the opposite occurs. In the dojo, the opposite occurs.”
Leonardo da Vinci: “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”
Albert Einstein: “It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with problems longer.”
Bruce Lee: “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”

For anyone interested in this topic, I’d like to also share this about why the mind stack switches.

When we’re getting results, we want results, so we think another sub will get us the results (that we’re already getting).

@Saiyan4Blue You must , I beg of you , share your deep wisdom with us mere community members far more often

:metal:

This whole post has made something really clear for me.

People ask all the time, “are subliminals permanent”

After your post, I realized:

The baseline improvement is permanent, the state changes aren’t.

So if you don’t stick with it long enough for your baseline to shift, the results won’t be permanent.

If you commit to something long term, the results WILL be permanent - because the change went deeper than state, and into baseline.

I usually have one long term custom, that is what I call my baseline which is PN, PR, and JOY cores. This gets slight tweaks here and there, but generally stays the same. I don’t put any pressure on this sub working since it’s my baseline sub. It will naturally increase.

My second sub is the what am I working on sub. I run this for about 60 days. Currently it’s RoW, after 60 days I’m starting EoG.

I am very clear on what I want out of life which let’s me set up a strategy and stick to it.

If you are struggling with FOMO. Put the restriction any sub you run has to stick for 60 days. Then decide if you want to keep going or jump to the next thing that might serve you better.

@anon1637736 consider this when considering a wider program.

A lot of guys have built crazy romance foundations with a long run of wanted. But any sub stuck to for a long time will do

I ment I’m using Wanted because it is a wider program than RotNW
Same goes for Stark
Anyway yeah sub hopping is a problem…
In the past I thought a cycle is good enough.

However after completing a cycle of wanted in the past and primal
I see the results don’t stick.

One of the reasons I’ve tried cycle of RotNW ,wanted, primal and PS was to understand which is better suited for a seduction title.

Not one answer is the right answer.
Just sticking to one would probably do.
I guess at least 2-4 cycle is mandatory to have some foundation building.

That’s what I’m trying to do now.

Which titles like KB or DRR like I’m doing now it’s easier to stick to for few months.

For example KB did 2 cycles of st1 2 of ST2 and almost 1 of ST3 (felt too much urges needed to stop)
With DRR I am doing more than 1 cycle of the first stage
So it’s easier mentally.

But to be honest I didn’t understand more than one cycle was needed with the one staggers before starting with subclub

Hey man. I don’t see myself as having any " deep wisdom " and I’m no more or less than a mere community member. I usually post in hindsight way like addressing my younger self, challenging his excuses, stubbornness and his ‘I’m special’ mentality which lead to making the same mistake 100 times before learning. If I come across as ‘high and mighty,’ that’s not my intention whatsoever.

I know you are on Khan, which i totally understand, but I’d appreciate it if we could keep the tone here constructive and avoid any backhanded remarks

Not only that but the state changes will look vastly different compared to someone with a fresh vs a very strong baseline. If they were to upgrade True Sell and we both use it at the same time. You would be getting 100x the day 1 results i would. There is no substitute for taking action and real life experiences. Because for me it would be building from 0, for you it would be scaling and perfecting from 100 to 1000

Still the simplest method of changing your life:

Pick the most important area of your life you want to improve. Pick one sub related to that. (If you can’t choose, flip a coin. As long as it’s related to the topic, it’s close enough).

Commit to long term (at least six months, preferably longer), take action.

Stop overthinking the subs.

This is a great call to action. The journey to mastering subliminal executive functioning skills is unique for each individual, but many already know the steps they need to take. I have experienced significant growth in my own discipline through planned and structured subliminal practices that also allow for personal flexibility within defined limits.

I firmly believe that community leaders, both formal and informal must rise to the occasion and demonstrate the transformative potential that structured approaches can yield. Their leadership can lead to remarkable outcomes!

Moreover, I am willing to wager there is a huge block of neurodivergent individuals among us. Many have encountered challenges, reinvented their strategies, and continually refined their methods. Such as the many who found ADHD relief with Emperor Black, Quantum Limitless, Limitless, etc. Those who may lack that inner awareness upon first starting their journey as well. There’s some common thread weaving us here, and there are tells based on the behavior and stories.
