Adaptation Effects

In short: how much of a role is played by Exposure Over Time in how a mind processes a subliminal.

I’m initially considering two areas: 1) Healing and 2) Dense Programs

In both of those cases, it has been observed that there can be a dominating or overriding effect on the entire stack.

Would that overriding influence theoretically decrease with continued exposure over time?

Example:

As the mind adapts to working with a Healing-focused program; integrating more and more healing effects and raising and improving baseline functioning, might a point be reached at which healing becomes gentler and no longer overrides or interferes with the integration of other programs and modules?

I think that’s a likely scenario. Breakdown stages like Khan1 are designed to demolish BAD subliminal programming. So I’d think that the good stuff from other subs should get in there.

They may lie dormant at first. But as more layers get broken down, the other programming would be able to express more and more.

I think so , yes .
When I was first stacking my Qv2 custom with ZP , the thirst was insane . Used to drink 7 - 8 litres per day .
Then the hunger dominated . Whatever I ate , got digested within 1 - 2 hours .

Now both of them have stabilized . I am in 4 th cycle . It doesn’t feel overwhelming now .
Maybe these are indirect signs that - overriding influence theoretically decrease with continued exposure over time.

Thank you for this helpful sharing.

Do you associate the hunger and thirst primarily 1) with the Qv2 custom, 2) with the ZP program, or 3) with both?

To ZP since I was running that Qv2 custom alone before ZP got released .
I didn’t experience those overwhelming thirst / hunger that time .

Is it WANTED? Physical shifting?

No , I wish I have time to run Wanted . :grinning:

ZP were ME and Limitless.

I’ve been trying to narrow down and operationalize the definition of Healing. The above quote suggests that one major feature of Healing programs might be that they are ‘pointed inwards’.

I wonder how Alchemist might fit into this categorization?

Alchemist is probably more like a Weapon X program than just healing. It contains healing, but it’s very much assisting with your existing spiritual practices and helping you find new ones.

Healing titles are specifically designed to help you dissolve unhelpful societal programming that’s keeping you from achieving a particular goal. In Chosen From Within, that would be mostly self-love and a positive internal landscape.

Yes, theoretically, the sub should become easier to run over time. Hence why you can rotate your stacks on ZP. The hunger and thirst is the result of the body requiring more energy and water. It too, subsides eventually.

No. You’re extrapolating and generalizing wildly from one comment.

Not every case is sufficient to form the basis of a rule.

Some titles for some people involve observable metabolic effects. It is not a strict requirement nor a universal feature for all programs or for all listeners.

Subliminals work with the brain and the mind. They work, in other words, with human biology. The same diversity and individual variety that mediate every other aspect of human biological functioning will also exist here. There will be patterns, there will be sub-patterns, and there will be exceptions to those patterns.
