qOS Question and Answer Thread

@qOS what is the nature of / how strong is
the alpha scripting in healing titles: phoenix, regeneration and dragon reborn red?

(Phoenix copy hints at this, red has alphaness as a feature in the copy)

@qOS

There are currently 33 ESSENCE modules in the Q-store: potent distillations of the core functionality of major programs. They seem to capture the essence of a major program and yet they are, strictly speaking, less. Less dense. Less heavy (though still heavier than the average non-ESSENCE q-store module).

Question:
If we were to compare the unfolding effects of ESSENCE: As I Heal in comparison to Paragon Complete how might they differ or be the same?

Let’s imagine that all else is equal. The listener is of average mental-emotional openness to the subliminal; of average action-taking capacity. The listener is of average current health (there is room for improvement in health, but they are not intensely ill.) In other words, of ‘average’ situational readiness for the effects of the programs. The listener is not overloading or kitchensinking the stack. Let’s also assume for the sake of this thought-experiment, that the ESSENCE module is not heavily diluted by anything else in the stack. So to keep it straightforward, let’s imagine a 3-module custom with ESSENCE: As I Heal and A/SPS: Organs and A/SPS: Eyesight in comparison to Paragon Complete alone.

What might be the differences for the above-described individual in how the ESSENCE module expresses over time compared to how the full major program version might express over time?

Could we expect very similar results, but perhaps taking a bit longer time for the ESSENCE module to achieve the same targets? Or might it be a relatively parallel process in terms of duration and breadth/depth of effects?

Would this be more or less the case for most ESSENCE modules compared to their Major Program equivalents?

(I realize that this is a VERY artificial question since in actual practice most ESSENCE modules will be submerged within the context of multifarious Custom Subliminal modules—chosen in line with the particular user’s idiosyncratic priorities and preferences—that will interact with and modulate the effects of the ESSENCE module. This question is intentionally simplified for the purpose of comparing ESSENCE modules to their Major Program counterparts.)

Thank you!

Question:

Over the last years of Terminus and Terminus2 builds, what are the main patterns of effect, criteria of appropriateness, or other special observations that have been observed? Are there any characteristics or profiles of a Terminus-appropriate listener or listener use-case? Are there any common or typical ways that Terminus-build programs tend to express their effects or impacts?

At least, so far, up to this point in time, what, in general, can we say about the comparison between Terminus and non-Terminus listening experiences and listening effects? And even more theoretically, what might we say about the ‘why’ of these contrasts?

Thank you again.

Wow. That would be one heck of a powerful stack. PEACE + GLM are very complimentary with each other as they are both “revealing” and “unveiling titles” and so they compliment each other.

But qOS will explain all that and make sense of it. With Kahn Black, man, watch out world because @traphawkdown is in town! :grinning: You’d be a force to reckon with, and no one really would be able to.

@qOS

Well, the new iteration of Renaissance Man has been unveiled. It’s beautiful. And now I have another question to ask.

Background

My core subliminal is called INTERFACE. I have always been a very interiorly-oriented person, and INTERFACE is in large-part about helping me to journey the divide between inner, imaginal process and meaningful, productive, creative engagement with the world and society. I realized that to connect with a world that has often seemed incompatible, I would need an INTERFACE a way of connecting and of translating my natural processes into terms that can survive in the world and even benefit the beings and spaces that are here around me. Carrying visions and ideas into manifest, productive fruition. A kind of ‘space suit’ that enables me to negotiate the at-times alien and unforgiving landscapes and environments of our modern world.

The modules:

Ecstasy of Gold stage 2
R.I.C.H.
Visionary
Living Truth
One Purpose
Execution Override
The Revelation of Product Creation
Product Lab
ESSENCE: The Alchemy of Money
Debt Annihilator
ESSENCE: The Wonder and the Mystery
ESSENCE: The Inner Spa
Experimental: Adaptive Scripting
Experimental: Anti-Recon

I wondered what I would do when I saw the new Renaissance Man.

You can probably see that there are a number of modules that are my way of capturing the same functionality embodied in Renaissance Man (Visionary, ESSENCE: The Wonder and the Mystery, The Revelation of Product Creation; and to a lesser extent, even Living Truth, ESSENCE: The Alchemy of Money, and One Purpose).

For now, I’m considering my options. There are only 12 modules in my custom. (Were I to rebuild I could drop the two Experimental Modules, since they are now subsumed within the ZPU build.) It is, technically, possible for me to add a third Major Program core. But I have been wooing and holding to parsimony for some time now in my stacks and my programs. It’s rare for me to play more than 2 programs at a given time. And I aim to keep the programs unified, focused, and even ‘light’ to some degree (though light and powerful). I haven’t run a custom with more than 2 program cores in years.

It seems to take me a long time to grow results. That’s probably at least partially because the directions I insist on pursuing typically involve my greatest challenge points. I’m not complaining. That’s what I want, so I’m going for it. But I’m leery of overloading.

Renaissance Man aligns resonantly with the principles and paradigm of INTERFACE. I’m actually considering a rebuild that somehow integrates it (Stage I: The Creative Engine). I do NOT want to sacrifice either R.I.C.H. or Ecstasy of Gold Stage 2. They have a lot of work to do in me, and they’re just beginning, at the 7-months point, to show their potential and results.

Question:

Can you offer general counsel, given the above observations, about integrating (or not integrating) new Renaissance Man into either my INTERFACE ZPU custom or my stack? I’ll keep thinking on it. But seems like a question worth asking here.

Thank you!

@qOS does custom with older cores not containing nervous system regulation automatically get nervous system regulation if a custom is created coz of the build?
Maybe we need a module just for nervous system regulation to be used in such situations?

Question from @subliminalguy (original post):

@qOS I’m a single male and not dating anybody. I haven’t for over a dozen years. My subliminal aim in recent months has been using Phoenix to clear old beliefs, the relational beliefs being the most important to me. What subs might support this aim? And to be honest, I’m reeling from a realization moments ago that nobody wants me. And more specifically, that I don’t want myself. That has been my greatest fear.

Summary

@subliminalguy — yes, there is a title built for loving yourself first and then loving a woman, and the stack you are on already aims at more of this than it may feel like tonight.

What surfaced today
Seeing “nobody wants me, and I don’t want myself” in plain words is hard to sit with, and it makes sense that it has you reeling. It is also the root you named earlier today: abandonment, feeling unimportant, unwanted. Phoenix helps bring beliefs like this into plain view so they can be reshaped at the moment you let them go, and its emotional intelligence scripting is there to help you process what comes up. Seeing a belief clearly does not make it true. A counsellor or a trusted person can sit alongside a healing title if you want someone with you through this. That is your call.

Love Bomb feeling quiet
Love Bomb is still in that custom and still part of the work. When a part of a title seems quiet, other shifts are usually taking priority, and right now that is Phoenix. Love Bomb’s self-love scripting aims at exactly what you named: affection for every part of yourself, validation moved from outside sources to within, and forgiveness of yourself and others. The questions you asked yourself today, about who you are and why you put everyone else first, sit in that ground. The worth work in R.I.C.H. and your Ascension custom from the earlier answer points the same way.

What can come next
Heartsong Stage 1: Attuned is the title for loving yourself and then a woman. It is inward work for single and partnered people alike, and it heals through the present rather than by digging up the past. Worthy Before Chosen helps you build worth that was yours before anyone responded, and that holds whether you are chosen or passed over. Whole Before Anyone helps you see your own life as whole and worth loving, so a partner joins it rather than rescues it. The Past Set Down helps you release the first lessons about love you learned before you could choose them, without reliving them. Neither Scarce Nor Perfect lifts the belief that there is no one left for you.

Stage 2: The Symphony is the stage for meeting someone, and Heartsong recommends letting Attuned settle before adding it. WANTED: Dream Boy, which you asked about earlier, develops a magnetic romantic presence and works on self-acceptance and confidence along the way. Heartsong develops the heart behind that presence, so Attuned is the better first step for what you described.

Phoenix is a heavy clearing title, and Attuned beside it still adds to the load. Bring Attuned in as a swap rather than an addition, for example in the slot of the Ascension custom you have been skipping on Phoenix-heavy mornings, or as the Heartsong Stage 1 Core in your next custom.

For now, stay with Phoenix and Love Bomb, let what surfaced today be felt, and bring in Attuned when you are ready. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Lion (original post):

Hello @qOS . Which module is best for being disciplined with food. As in not overeating and reducing feelings of hunger. Will modules like Stronger, Ardent Light help?

Summary

@Lion — yes, both can help, from different sides. Neither one is aimed at hunger itself.

Stronger and Ardent Light
Stronger is built to take your willpower further when you deal with an addiction of any kind. If eating has that compulsive pull for you, Stronger may give you more strength at the moment you would normally reach for more. Action and a doctor’s advice always come first with it.

Ardent Light works on bad instincts, impulses and urges, from a craving for a bag of chips to much heavier pulls, and aims to purify them. It also carries a spiritual purity side, which suits you if that framing appeals.

Hunger
No module is designed to reduce the feeling of hunger. What these modules work on is the choice you make when the urge comes and how well you know what your body needs. If hunger feels unusually strong or persistent, talk to a doctor, since it can have a physical cause that needs medical care.

The best fit for not overeating
The closest match is the Emperor Fitness ST1 Core. Stage 1: Mastery has nutrition scripting that helps you know intuitively how much and what to eat. It works on overeating from the knowing side, where Stronger and Ardent Light work from the willpower side.

A custom built around it could look like this:

  • Emperor Fitness ST1 Core is the base, and helps you know how much and what to eat.
  • Ardent Light works on the impulse to reach for food you do not need.
  • Stronger adds willpower when the pull is strong.
  • Eye of the Storm helps you regain control over a negative habit and makes it easier to build a positive one in its place.
  • Foundation helps you ground yourself during emotional turmoil. Many habits are set off by emotions, and Foundation and Eye of the Storm combine well for exactly that.
  • Dopamine Mastery helps you redirect cravings toward meaningful work. It works best when you are also cutting back on the habits that overload you.

Start with that build at Standard. For how to run it, listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Summary

@Malkuth — results vary from person to person, and qOS will not summarise other members’ results with Terminus or Terminus Squared builds. What can be said is what each strength is for, who it suits and why.

How the strengths compare. Terminus is more powerful than Standard, and Terminus Squared is more powerful than Terminus. More power does not mean faster results. Standard is the most stable of the three and brings the least reconciliation, which is why it is the right strength for a new custom and for most listeners.

Who the higher strengths suit. Terminus and Terminus Squared are for advanced users. That means people with extensive experience with subliminals, who know their own processing capacity well, who recognise reconciliation and manage it, and who have already run titles at Standard successfully. The clearest use case is a custom you have already run successfully at Standard and want more power from.

How they tend to express. A stronger build gives your mind more to process. In a listener who is ready for it, that can mean the same direction of change with more force behind it. In a listener who is not, it can overwhelm the system and slow results.

The why. Reconciliation is the pressure that builds when your inner state changes faster than your outer life, and it eases when action gives the change somewhere to go. More power adds to the inner side of that balance. A listener who already acts readily on what a title develops has an outlet for the extra force. A listener who tends to sit with change has less of one, so the pressure stays inside. That is why a higher strength fits listeners with experience and a readiness to act, and interest alone is not enough.

Start any new custom at Standard, learn how it lands, and move to a higher strength through a discounted rebuild only once that custom has worked well and you want more from it. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Green-power-ranger (original post):

@qOS what is the nature of / how strong is the alpha scripting in healing titles: phoenix, regeneration and dragon reborn red? (Phoenix copy hints at this, red has alphaness as a feature in the copy)

Summary

@Green-power-ranger — Phoenix, Regeneration and RED carry alpha qualities in very different amounts. Dragon Reborn: RED has alpha qualities written into its objectives, Phoenix builds them out of its transformation, and Dragon Reborn: Regeneration carries no alpha scripting.

Dragon Reborn: RED
In RED the alpha side is a stated part of the title. It helps you become more assertive so others cannot misuse you, and set firm boundaries with people who keep crossing the line. It develops assertive, masculine body language and voice and a strong way of speaking. It builds a strong sense of internal power and structure, confidence and comfort in your own skin, and the hidden charisma underneath. Its rebellion scripting gives you the drive to act when a moment of truth arrives, if you choose to. The powerful, respected aura it develops grows through the gradual cleansing of its four stages, so the alpha qualities may rise as the healing clears what was holding them down.

Phoenix
Phoenix has no separate set of alpha features. Its alpha side comes from what the transformation produces. Phoenix pushes you to go and take action, and if you believe you are already alpha, it aims to show you what being one really means. It turns the beliefs and limits it reframes into fuel, which brings peace, focus and a stronger sense of power in your being. Its emotional intelligence scripting develops strong emotional self-control and a clear read of other people’s emotions, and its resilience scripting helps you recover quickly from hard periods. Together these build an alpha quality based on self-command and action.

Dragon Reborn: Regeneration
Regeneration has no alpha scripting in its current version. Its strength is restoration, which gives you power that lasts because your nervous system has somewhere to recover. Two features come nearest to what you are asking about. The Gentle Wall restores boundaries that hold without closing your heart, so you stay rooted while intensity moves around you. Aura of Regeneration helps you carry your own calm so steadily that it shows, a quiet form of leadership through presence.

If you want healing and a strong alpha side from one title, RED is the one that carries both. It is not a beginner title, and newer listeners are advised to start from a title such as Ascension and then a harder one such as Emperor. If you would rather heal with Phoenix or Regeneration, pair it with a dedicated alpha title such as Genesis: Ascension, since a healing title beside an action title is the recommended pattern.

This question is intentionally simplified for the purpose of comparing ESSENCE modules to their Major Program counterparts.) Thank you!

Summary

@Malkuth — the difference between ESSENCE: As I Heal and Paragon Complete is mainly one of depth, not only of time. Expect the same territory at a lighter depth. The same results arriving later is not the picture.

What stays the same. ESSENCE: As I Heal is the whole of Paragon distilled into a single module. It covers the same ground as the full title: tissue repair, immune balance, pain softening once its message is received, a settling nervous system, inflammation, restorative rest and the body awareness that tells you what you need. Nothing in Paragon’s territory is left out.

What differs. Because it is distilled, its effects are lighter and less profound than the full title’s. Paragon Complete works through many avenues at full depth, which is why it can be taxing and can leave you exhausted while the healing runs. As I Heal carries the same work in condensed form, so it asks less of your system and its changes tend to be gentler. It can still be sedating as the body shifts toward repair.

Your three-module custom. A/SPS: Organs gives dedicated attention to all the organs, and A/SPS: Eyesight to the eyes and everything connected to them. Paragon Complete also heals the organs and eyes as part of its all-round work, and it sends resources first to whatever is most pressing. In your custom, those two areas get focused attention of their own while the ESSENCE carries the broad healing at a lighter depth. For an average listener, expect broad healing that runs lighter than Paragon Complete alone, with organs and eyes receiving more dedicated attention than the full title gives them by itself.

Across all ESSENCE modules. The same holds for every ESSENCE. Each is the whole title condensed, covers the same territory, has a lighter and less profound effect than the full title, and carries a condensed version of its title’s New Subliminal Experience where the title has one. Inside a larger custom, an ESSENCE carries a title’s whole direction in one slot. When you want the full depth, the core carries the complete title.

Physical change can take days, months or years and depends on many factors, and both As I Heal and Paragon are built to support recovery alongside medical care, never to replace it.

For a light, broad healing layer with targeted organ and eye work, your three-module custom is a sound build. For the deepest healing, run Paragon Complete or the Paragon Complete Core, and add the A/SPS modules beside it if organs and eyes are a priority.

Question from @btaras (original post):

@qOS How Khan Black stages work with Emperor Reforged?

Summary

@btaras — Emperor Reforged is not one of Khan Black’s named alloys, but it can sit beside each stage, and Stage III is where it fits most naturally.

Stage I: Ignition of the Inner Flame
Stage I digs out sexual shame, performance anxiety and old hurts, and it can run heavy for a few weeks. That is why Khan Black’s partner for it is PEACE, a settling title. Emperor Reforged is not a clearing title. It works by recognition, settling you into what is already there, so it does not compete with Stage I the way a second clearing stage would. It is still identity-level work across authority, wealth, romance, body and voice, so it adds to the load of an already heavy stage. Start with Stage I and PEACE. Reforged and PEACE are themselves a strong match, so PEACE can stay when Reforged joins later.

Stage II: Tempering of the Currents
Khan Black pairs Stage II with a physical title, because Stage II builds the vessel and training gives it a reason to grow. Reforged is not a training title, but it shares Stage II’s grounding. Roots of Authority brings your breath lower and your body out of its defensive hover, and Stage II’s The Way Down settles everything low. Reforged can run beside Stage II, but for the gym side, Legacy of the Spartan or Spartan: Apex Warrior is still the named fit.

Stage III: Forging of the Primal Force
Khan Black’s classic alloy is Stage III with an empire title: Emperor, Ascended Mogul or Emperor: Crown and Capital. Stage III supplies the energy and the empire title gives it direction. Reforged comes from the same Emperor line and carries that direction. Wealth as Expression and The Sovereign Build take the desperation out of financial ambition, The Money Lens sharpens how you read opportunity, and The Sovereign Pursuit and The Sovereign Lover carry it into romance. The difference is the route. Emperor forges, while Reforged works through recognition and settled presence. Beside Stage III’s Deep Lake stillness, that tends to point the energy toward calm authority. Stage III comes after Stages I and II have had their full time.

Stage IV: The Crucible Combined
Khan Black places Stage IV beneath Khan, Emperor Black or Stark as the strongest configuration in the line. Reforged is not one of those three. What makes the configuration work is that Stage IV asks nothing of your attention and keeps the depth going underneath whatever runs on top, and that is true with Reforged on top as well.

In a custom
The Emperor Reforged Core and the Khan Black Stage 1 to Stage 4 Cores all exist. Use one Crucible core per build. With the Stage 3 Core, give the build one direction, wealth or romance, and choose modules that point that way.

Run Stage I with PEACE first, then bring Reforged in as the empire partner when you reach Stage III, or keep it on top of Stage IV later.

Question from @anon15812918 (original post):

@qOS which is more important: finding the perfect sub or staying consistent? For example, let’s say I’ve been running Genesis Mogul for 5 months already and suddenly get a sales job. Would it be wiser to keep using GM which worked great all this time and to which I’m used to already and it produces great results, or switch to EoG True Sell which fits better but would require calibration, adjustments, etc.? Or let’s say I’ve been running Stark for a year and got an IT job - would it be better if I keep using Stark or switch it to Index Gate? Let’s say that I can’t stack the two subs in questions because my stack is full

Summary

@anon15812918 — consistency comes first, but consistency means steady listening and finishing what you start, not keeping one title forever. When the main demand in your life changes, moving to the title built for it at a natural break is a sound decision and keeps you consistent.

Consistency and integration are what produce results, and the changes keep deepening the longer you stay with a title. Five months of Genesis: Mogul or a year of Stark ZP is exactly that kind of consistency, and nothing you built on them is lost when you move on, because those changes are yours.

The useful question is whether the title you are running already carries what the new situation needs.

Genesis: Mogul or EoG: True Sell. Genesis: Mogul is dedicated to wealth manifestation, with the ideas, drive and goal-setting that go with it. True Sell is dedicated to the craft of selling, including steadiness under a no, holding a price, negotiation, prospecting and follow-through. For a sales job, True Sell is the closer fit, and Stage 1 is the place to start when you want the whole craft from the ground up.

Stark ZP or Index Gate. Stark ZP develops intelligence, innovation and strategy alongside charisma, fame and empire building. Index Gate: Ultimate Programmer X is dedicated to learning programming languages and mastering the tools and concepts behind them. If the IT job is mostly programming, Index Gate is the closer fit. If it leans on leadership, ideas and building something of your own, Stark ZP may still serve it well.

Finish the current cycle on the title that is working, start the new one at the beginning of the next cycle, and give it the same steady run you gave the first. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @unusualfellow (original post):

@qOS I noticed the phrase “pairs with” specifically mentioned with various stages of Khan Black here… It is ambiguous. Does “pairs with” = includes at least some scripting portions of

Summary

@unusualfellow — no. “Pairs with” means the titles run side by side, as a stack or as two cores in one custom. Khan Black Stage III does not contain any WANTED, Primal Seduction or Primal Nights scripting.

Khan Black calls these combinations alloys: two separate titles working together. Stage III’s own scripting gathers and deepens your reserve, makes the keep-or-kindle choice instinctive, and turns kindled energy into fuel for whatever you are doing. WANTED, Primal Seduction and Primal Nights work on sexual presence and attraction directly. In the alloy, Stage III supplies the energy and the other title brings the sexual presence and attraction work to the front, which is why those titles tend to work stronger with Stage III underneath them.

The two sides do share some ground in theme. Khan Black covers some of the same sexual-aura territory as Primal Nights, the title formerly sold as Libertine, but in Khan Black the aura is a by-product of depth, and the focus stays on your own sexual-energetic development.

So if you want WANTED’s mystery and attraction work, Primal Seduction’s seduction work or Primal Nights’ raw sexual presence, that title has to be in the build itself. In a custom, put its core beside the Khan Black Stage 3 Core, as in the earlier answer, once Stages I and II have had their full time.

Question from @James (original post):

@qOS I may have asked this before but how will Mind’s Eye and Ascension The Stabilizer work together?

Summary

@James — they work well together. Mind’s Eye builds the picture of who you want to be, and The Stabilizer builds the steadiness in your days that the picture needs. Neither is a heavy clearing title, so the pairing adds focus without piling on load.

In your journal you named self-image and sabotaging opportunities as the things holding you back. Mind’s Eye covers the first part. Its Raikov Method feature and Visualizing Yourself Achieving Desired Goals help you rehearse a new picture of yourself until it feels like yours. The Stabilizer covers the second. Self-Sabotage at the Threshold works on the pattern of breaking good things just as they start to arrive, and The Inability to Receive helps you let a win land instead of pushing it away.

Your plan depends on doing the Psycho-Cybernetics exercises and the affirmations every day. Mind’s Eye has scripting for consistent practice habits. The Stabilizer adds Follow-Through, which helps you finish what you start, and The Clock, which gives your days a structure the practice can sit in. Mind’s Eye also breaks goals into visual steps, and The Stabilizer pushes you to act on the small things, so the steps you see tend to turn into things you do.

You mentioned waking with anxiety most days. The Stabilizer’s The Steady Hand works on emotional regulation, and Chaos Familiarity helps your nervous system treat calm as safe. Its progress tends to be quiet, such as a week where you notice the background anxiety has been gone for a while. Mind’s Eye rests on deep relaxation, so the two point the same way there too.

The earlier qOS answer on your journal covered Mind’s Eye on its own, and The Stabilizer slots in beside it without changing that advice.

Keep the journal going and add a short list of what stabilizes each week next to your dream notes. For fitting a second title into your schedule, listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
